Haering Precision Celebrates National Manufacturing Week with Community Engagement and Industry Leadership

[Lavonia, GA] — [October 11, 2024] — Haering Precision USA LP, a leading manufacturer of
high-quality automotive components, proudly took part in National Manufacturing Week by
hosting and participating in key events that emphasize the value of manufacturing and its
connection to education, innovation, and community engagement.

As part of the company’s commitment to inspiring the next generation of manufacturing
professionals, Haering Precision actively welcomes students for exclusive plant tours. The
students are given a unique opportunity to explore the company’s cutting-edge production
processes, interact with skilled professionals, and see firsthand the technology behind the
manufacturing of automotive components. The visits aim to expose students to the vast
possibilities of a career in manufacturing and the role of STEM - Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Mathematics - in shaping the industry’s future.

“We are thrilled to open our doors to these bright minds and provide them with a hands-on
experience of what modern manufacturing is all about,” said Dustin Chambers, Commercial
Plant Manager at Haering Precision, “Engaging with students at this stage is critical to
building a strong pipeline of future talent.”

Additionally, the company was a proud participant in Camp STEMPowerment, an
empowering program hosted by North Georgia Technical College. This camp, specifically
designed for middle school girls, encourages them to explore STEM fields through interactive
workshops and real-world applications. The company’s involvement in the camp underscores
its dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion in STEM-related careers by inspiring young
girls to pursue interests in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

“Seeing these students dive into STEM with such enthusiasm is a reminder of why we invest
in education outreach,” said Nathan Lindler, Technical Plant Manager at Haering Precision,
“It’s inspiring to see these young women so engaged in learning about STEM, and we are
excited to be part of their journey.”

Beyond these community-focused initiatives, Haering Precision also participated in Career
Fairs at North Georgia Technical College´s Clarkesville and Currahee campuses, further
reinforcing its leadership in industry collaboration and workforce development.

Haering Precision is dedicated to continued involvement in educational and industry events,
regularly hosting and participating in programs that promote STEM education, workforce
development, and community engagement. The company looks forward to further
strengthening its ties with local schools, technical colleges, and industry leaders in the years
    to come
