"Workforce Wednesdays" Launching in Hart County

A new workforce development initiative, Workforce Wednesdays, will launch in Hart County on April 9, 2025.

This program was developed through the Poverty Task Force, facilitated by the Archway Partnership, in collaboration with Hart IBA, the Hart County Chamber of Commerce, WorkSource Georgia Mountains, WorkSource Georgia, the Technical College System of Georgia, and dedicated community members.

Who is this for?

• Unemployed individuals looking to re-enter the workforce
• Job seekers searching for local, full-time career opportunities
• Professionals wanting to advance their careers

When & Where?

• 2nd Wednesday of each month | 1 PM – 3 PM
• Adult Learning Center (Downstairs beside Library), 110 Benson St., Hartwell, GA

• Resume building and updates
• Local career exploration
• Job application assistance
• Interview preparation
• Skill development

Local businesses, organizations, and community members are encouraged to help spread the word and support this workforce development effort.
