About Us
We assist real estate sellers, buyers and other investors from Commerce to Athens, Georgia to Anderson and Clemson, South Carolina -- all over Lake Hartwell... and around the world.
Our Managing Partner hails from Atlanta with 44 of of his 53 years spent in North Georgia and the Upstate of South Carolina. Jim Martell is a proud Gulf War-era U.S. Marine Corps veteran with an extensive background in:
• customer and community service
• technical skill with property valuation, finance, and legal contracts, and
• an affable personality which conveys trust even through the toughest of negotiations.
