Ideal candidate must be at least 25 years of age, possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, have a minimum of 2 years in childcare leadership, be CPR & First Aid certified (or be willing to obtain), and have a clear background check.

Hart Youth Development Resource Association (HYDRA) is a nonprofit organization established in 1988 with the goal of creating programming to bridge the gaps in services for Hart County's youth. Our mission is to provide positive influences and opportunities for Kindergarten - 6th Grade through afterschool, school break camp, and summer camp programs.
