Trivia Challenge to benefit the Arts

of Trivia Champs has been passed around Hartwell. The format
has changed a bit this year in hopes of better serving our
participants. Each 4-member team will
be required to pay an entry fee of $120 ($30/team member).
Game play will be structured much like the traditional
“Trivial Pursuit” board game in that teams will answer questions
in predetermined categories and try to earn all of their
“pie pieces.” Here is a quick example of the new structure
of the game - to encourage competition between the teams;
you will have the chance to challenge the other teams. After
a team has won a pie piece, your team can use your turn,
pay an extra $25, and challenge that
team to try and “steal” their pie piece. The challenged
team will be asked a question for which you have challenged
them - if they answer correctly, they keep their pie piece
BUT if they answer incorrectly and YOUR TEAM answers correctly,
you get to take their pie piece! You can only challenge
ONCE during the game so use
it wisely! If you have any questions, please contact
Shelbye J Reese
at 706-318-1181.
